Because we are a design/build firm with our own in-house architectural department, we understand the needs of our partners who are Architects or Designers. We appreciate the vision and the need to preserve the architectural intent, as well as to have continuity throughout the construction process.
At Cornerstone, we know what it takes to make a successful design, as well as the importance of being flexible within our process. We have a realistic approach and accept that designs and conditions change throughout the construction process which makes working with us an experience where procedure does not interfere with the natural process. Whether due to aesthetic issues or unforeseen conditions, we take pride in our ability to move in the direction the project takes us and not penalize the client unnecessarily.
Principal Owner is the first point of contact and stays with the project through its duration. With an extensive background in both architecture and construction, Jamie and Melanie oversee the continuity of the construction as it relates to the design and the overall quality of the construction, while closely monitoring the satisfaction of the client(s).
Subcontractors - Cornerstone Construction Group will staff each project based on its specific need. Some in-house trades will be involved as well as specialized trade partners or sub-contractors. We take great pride in the relationships we have established with a select group of sub-contractors.
In house Estimator - Our estimator will be the one who writes all estimates, contracts, change orders and legal language as it pertains to each project.
Our ultimate goal is to build a great relationship with each of our clients.
